Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we will offer you an exchange or refund:
You produce your original MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) register receipt at the time you return the item (please take a picture of the entire part to show it.)
The item is in resaleable condition including that:
It is in its original packaging, including all parts and all accessories;
It is unopened, unused and in its original condition
*If some parts are broken after 14 days, please take a picture of the product and send it to us(elearning@wemakerobot.com), and we will guide you to purchase that specific part.
Online Returns for Change of mind will need to be sent back to MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) at the customers’ expense. Once received back, only the price of the item will be refunded.

When checking the product, if some parts are lost or damaged, we will refund the amount by subtracting the cost of the parts.
Before returning and sending it, please take a picture of the entire part to show it and send it with your receipt.
Faulty Product Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or another suitable remedy.
MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Please note:
Proof of Purchase such as your original MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) register receipt must be presented.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
